Érlelés: Agyag edényekben erjesztik (élesztővel), utána oszlop lepárlóban finomítják, majd porcelán edényekben érlelik.

Illat: A Dragon & Jade Baijiu 0,5 40% pDD illataiban egy édeskés, mezei virágokkal dús szárított széna és szárított lucerna pompás aromája tűnik fel. Érezhető benne zöldalma, kicsi kiwi, némi mangó is - persze rendkívül finoman. Feltűnik még az ötféle gabonából származó komplexitás. Alkoholossága pont kellő és ezalattértjük, hogy kellően erős. Ez hozzásegíti az aromák érzékelhetőségét a szaglóhámon és persze az ízlelő bimbókban. 

Íz: A Dragon & Jade Baijiu 0,5 40% pDD egy nagy hagyományokkal bíró csodásan tiszta, semlegesnek mondható, de még is ízes, jó ital. Szénás, szárított virágos és növényes, lucerna szénás, kicsit lime-os, zöldalmás zamatokkal kecsegtet. Selymes, extra bársonyos, kiválóan élénkíti fel a megfáradt testet és elmét. 

Lecsengés: Közepesen hosszú, lassan engedi el az ital semleges, rendkívül finoman eloszló zamatait, ízeit.

Szín: Átlátszó
